All Top
Knobs cabinet hardware is handmade
and finished, thus you will see some lot to lot variation. Som
items,
Due to the nature of
the finishing process, will have variations within a lot, color
and or finish. All of top knobs cabinet knobs and pulls are designed
for Indoor use only.
Care of your Top Knobs Cabinet Hardware.
Top Knobs cabinet knobs and pulls should only be cleaned with
a soft cloth dampened with clear water and wiped dry with a
cloth. Water or soap residue should not be left on the product
as chemicals and minerals contained within will eventually
violate the protective coating and attack the finish. Do not
use harsh cleaners or waxes to clean the product as these will
also attack the protective finish and void the warranty. Top
knobs cabinet hardware is designed for indoor use only.
Top Knobs Limited Warranty
Top Knobs USA hereby expressly disclaims and excludes any and
all expressed and implied warranties except those which are
specifically set forth below.
TOP KNOBS USA SPECIFICALLY AND EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR
A PATICULAR PURPOSE.
Top Knobs USA warrants for ONE (1) year formt he date of purchase
that the product will be free from defects in amterial or workmanship.
Top Knobs USA also warrants the finish on its' product against
tarnishing for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty
described herein shall not apply to any products which have been
subject to misuse, negligence, accident or have been altered
or repaired by persons other than Top Knobs USA which in the
judgement of Top Knobs USA affect the construction or operation
of the product. This warranty shall run solely to the first residential
user and is nontransferable.
The sole and exclusive remedy of the Buyer and the sole and
exclusive liability of Top Knobs USA at Top Knobs USA's option,
shall be the return of the non-conforming products and the repair
or replacement of said non-conforming productsand the reapair
or replacement of said non conforming products, or the return
of nonconforming products and the repayment of the purchase price
of said non-conforming products. Top Knobs USA's obligation for
non-conforming product shall terminate ONE (1) year after the
purchase of the product.
Top Knobs USA shall not be liable under any damages, including
transportation expenses, caused by the breach of any warranty.
To Obtain Performance of the obligations described herein, the
Buyer shall do the following:
1) Within ONE (1) year of delivery
contact Top Knobs USA, show proof in writing specifying the
defect of the products and requesting
instructions on how to proceed: and
2) Allow Top Knobs USA to inspect the products at a reasonable
time and at a reasonable location: and,
3) Return the products to Top Knobs USA within 30 days after
being instructed to do so by Top Knobs USA or to such a point
as Top Knobs USA may Designate.
