Emtek, plated steel spring door hinges. 0.110" Thick. Prices are per pair. All Emtek door hinges are supplied with screws. Spring door hinges are commonly used on exterior doors and automatically close the door upon entry. These spring hinges are single action and only swing one way like a regular door hinge. Hinges are available in Polished Brass, French Antique, Oil rubbed bronze, Satin Nickel, Pewter, Polished Chrome, Satin Chrome, Flat Black, Deep Burgandy, Medium Bronze, Rust, Silver Patina and Satin Steel. Emtek products are assembled per order so when they are returned the doorknobs have to be taken apart and restocked. As a result, there is a 25% restock fee on all Emtek products. If items are returned that have been installed, used or abused there may be a higher restock fee assessed or no credit issued.
