What is the Difference between a double and single cylinder deadbolt?
	Single Cylinder Deadbolts have a thumb turn (left half in image) on the inside of the door and a keyed cylinder on the outside of the door (right half in image). Single Cylinder Deabolts are the most commonly used type of deadbolt.
	Double Cylinder Deadbolts have a keyed cylinder on both sides of the door and require the user to have a key to unlock from either side of the door. These are good for certain situations but are not ideal for most applications as it can be dangerous in an emergency because the user would have to find the key before being able to unlock.

Emtek Return Information

Emtek products are assembled per order so when they are returned the doorknobs have to be taken apart and restocked. As a result, there is a 25% restock fee on all Emtek products. If items are returned that have been installed, used or abused there may be a higher restock fee assessed or no credit issued. Emtek Warranty Information
